Open Question: IM A GUY! FOUNDATION TIPS?! PLEASE HELP?

Lol hey guys, sorry about that but im a boy and im 17. I play sports and stuff and love getting active but im a metrosexual at the same time and have my feminine side where i care about my looks and take very good care of my appearance. I dont have acne or ‘bad’ skin but i do get redness and have some pimples here and there every so often and have tiny marks i just wanna hide and get rid of. I do use clinique’s even better foundaation in a tan color cause i use that lightly when i spray tan and tan up my skin cause i fake tan so that matches it. But when im white and dont feel good and dont wanna fake tan i have my real ntural color shade of maybelline dream smooth mousse. I like to look good and when people tell me i should model im happy haha. But my actual question is. Is it necessary to blend it down to the bottome of ur neck? cause especially with my tan foundation i feel since a boy has short hair u can tell the color difference from behind his neck and in front and face. For my real color shade ill just blend it evenly and bring it down to my neck but not to much just so its not obvious. But any tips for a guy? On what kind of foundations he should use? How much of it? How to apply it and make it look as natural and nice as possible yet still looks ‘flawless’? Lol thanks alot!

I’m turning fifteen in less than a week and I want to change my look! I’m tired of hiding myself from everyone and I want to be noticed and have more friends! I have really white skin, big green eyes and a heart shaped face. I was thinking about, over the course of a month to lose 10-15lb (some will be water weight but I don’t care, haha), and to cut my hair and tan my skin (I have a really good at-home airbrush tan I use over the summer than makes me look nicely brown, not orange) over the weekend before my birthday party. I also want to buy a set of reusable eyelashes from Sally Beauty Supply :) My eyelashes are pretty short even with lots of mascara and they don’t like to curl :(

What type of haircut would suit me best? I was thinking something like this (the girl’s hair, obviously):

Kinda choppy, but still smooth. I really like the length of the bangs! She also has my hair color :) Would it look good on my face shape? And do you think I’d look fake, with the eyelashes (the really natural-looking kind) and tan?
